When you travel you satisfy your five senses. And what about the taste?? I am coeliac,  and when I am abroad sometimes I have problems to find places where I can feel free to taste the typical local dishes that belong to a local tradition!

This is the reason why I decided to look for places here where my clients can definitely  get in touch with our local tradition of food!!!!! I have now, so many contacts with very good restaurants that respect our local tradition respecting all the requirements of a right gluten free cuisine!!! They are all certified places!!!
